Why Aerogel Coatings Are So Difficult to Develop and How We Help

Higher aerogel loading improves insulation, but weakens coating structure.

Reduced adhesion strength

Lower mechanical durability

Increased risk of cracking during application


At this stage, development becomes a balance between thermal performance and structural stability.
