Shenzhen Aerogel Technology Co,Ltd.was registered and established. The first phase of the production linein Xiantao City, Hubei Province was oficially completed.
Aerogel blanketwas put into production,and the chlorine-free andalcohol free process was the firstin the world. Cooperated with Beijing Distict Heating Group for the first time and won the project bid of RMB 26.004 milion. The first company in China to achieve 100tonslyear aerogel powder producion capacity.
The frst phase of the new factory YZ NEW MATERIALS started with a total investment of 520 milion. The world`s first tunneltype aerogel production linein Hubei factory is fuly operalional. Thefirst phase of Yangzhong New Materials was oficially put into producion,with an annual producion capacity of 20,000 cubic meters of airgel blanket,1,000 tons of aerogel powder and 20,000 tons of aerogel coatings.
The annual production scale of YZNEW MATERIALS is 20,000 cubic meters of aerogel blanket,1,000 tons of aerogel powder and 20,000 tons of aerogel coatings. A 200-meter coating line has been put onine,with the production and processing capabilites of aerogel insulation film,aerogel battery core insulation sheet and vehicle fireproof insulation materials. Jointly established with Northwesterm Polytechnical University: New Materials Joint Laboratory, Thermal Management Technology Joint Laboratory. Become the designated supplier of Ceely EV battery cell insulation sheets.
Won the 2023 Guangdong Province Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise (Product). Winning Bid: Sinopec 2023-2024 Framework Agreement. Aergel Technology`s aerogel achievement was included in the Sinograin Scientific & Technological Achievements Promotion Catalog (2023 Edition) Awarded the Second-Class Prize in the 2024 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. Successfully passed the reassessment as a National "Litle Giant" Enterprise. Contibuted to the compilation of the Shanghai Regional Standard "Technical Standard for Application of Thermal Insulation Coatings in Buidings".
