AG-T aerogel fiber is a new functional thermal textile material developed by deeply integrating the thermal insulation properties of aerogel with polyester fiber via a special spinning process. This fiber inherits the core properties of aerogel: its low thermal conductivity has been tested repeatedly to stabilize between 0.017 W/(m·K) and 0.020 W/(m·K), and its thermal insulation performance is significantly superior to that of ordinary fibers.

AG-T Aerogel Fiber is an advanced thermal textile material that integrates aerogel insulation technology with polyester fiber processing through a proprietary spinning method.
Designed as a next-generation raw material for thermal textiles, it delivers ultra-low thermal conductivity, lightweight performance, and multi-functional properties, making it suitable for a wide range of fabric and filling applications.
AG-T is available in two forms:
Continuous filament fiber for fabric weaving
Staple fiber for filling and nonwoven applications
AG-T Aerogel Fiber achieves a thermal conductivity of:
0.017–0.020 W/(m·K)
This is significantly lower than:
Conventional polyester fiber

Aerogel powder is available in different particle size ranges to suit various applications, such as coatings, mortars, and composites. Our regular particle size is 7um, 10um, 15um, and 50um. The particle size can be customized according to customer requirements.
