A820-QN Aerogel bolt anti-corrosion agent is a specialized colloidal protective material, designed to provide all-round anti-corrosion, anti-seepage and reinforced protection for various bolts.The product boasts integrated superior performance including high strength, powerful anti-corrosion capacity, tight sealing, excellent insulation, strong adhesion, and wide temperature resistance ranging from -40°C to 150°C. It cures quickly with simple operation and zero maintenance after construction, enabling bolts to be put into use right after curing. Featuring neat appearance and long-term stable protection, it thoroughly addresses the yellow rust defect that plagues conventional bolt anti-rust materials. It works ideally for rust prevention, anti-corrosion and anti-seepage treatment of bolts exposed to severe corrosive environments with heavy salt fog and intense acid rain. Meanwhile, it can rapidly repair surface defects of base materials such as pits, cracks, pores and weld joints. The coating thickness can be flexibly adjusted during construction, matching all standard bolts and external anti-corrosion coating surfaces. It adopts safe, common organic solvents for cleaning, and maintains stable construction performance under a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions.
We supply two versions: single-component and two-component aerogel bolt protective agent.
Single-component type: Fast curing under sunlight or UV lamp. No curing agent mixing and no maintenance needed. Suitable for outdoor sites with sufficient natural light.
Two-component (AB) type: UV-free curing, no maintenance required. After mixing the protective agent and curing agent, construction can be carried out directly, ideal for dark indoor environments without ultraviolet light.
Both types feature high strength, heavy-duty anti-corrosion, tight sealing, superior insulation and strong adhesion, with a wide temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 150℃. The product delivers long-term stable protection with tidy finished surface, completely solving the yellow rust problem of traditional bolt anti-corrosion products.
It not only realizes anti-corrosion, rust-proof and anti-seepage protection for bolts, but also quickly repairs substrate pits, cracks, pores and weld seam defects. The single-pass maximum coating thickness reaches 5mm; layers can be applied repeatedly if the required thickness exceeds 5mm.
Compatible with all types of bolts and external anti-corrosion coating surfaces. Construction is available under temperature from -20℃ to 70℃, with stable performance when the substrate surface temperature is above dew point and relative humidity below 85%.
Composite diluent No.23, anhydrous ethanol, xylene and other common organic solvents can be used for cleaning. When stored in dry, cool, ventilated and shaded environment at 5–25℃, the valid storage life lasts 12 months.
Single-component requires no proportion mixing; two-component only needs one curing agent matched with one tube of protective agent, and construction shall be finished within 15 minutes after mixing. No complicated pre-treatment, only remove surface dirt, oil and floating rust with steel wire brush (hard rust removal is not necessary).
1. Surface treatment: Clean dirt, oil and floating rust on the substrate surface with steel wire brush.
2. Fill the matched mold with proper amount of protective agent via glue gun.
3. Buckle the filled mold onto the bolt, rotate the mold left and right to fully cover the bolt with colloid, and align the mold corners.
4. Outdoor construction: Cured by direct sunlight; indoor construction without sunlight: cure with matched UV lamp.
5. For better appearance: Brush corresponding color paint directly on mold surface after curing.
1. Surface treatment: Remove dirt, oil and floating rust from substrate surface with steel wire brush.
2. Squeeze appropriate aerogel bolt protective agent into the matched construction bag, avoid sunlight exposure temporarily.
3. Pour the matched curing agent into the construction bag (one curing agent for one tube of protective agent).
4. Seal the construction bag opening, knead the bag repeatedly to fully mix colloid and curing agent, finish construction within 15 minutes.
5. Squeeze evenly mixed colloid into matched mold from the bottom, filling rate 60%–70%.
6. Buckle the filled mold onto bolt, rotate left and right to make colloid fully wrap the bolt.
7. For better appearance: Brush matching color coating on mold surface as needed.
Twist the bolt glue open with a wrench or knock the glue to break it, then the bolt can be loosened.
