About AG-CF03 Aerogel Fireproof Coating (Intumescent Type)


AG-CF03 is a high-performance industrial intumescent fireproof coating reinforced with nano silica aerogel technology. It is designed for steel structures, metal substrates, building projects, energy systems, petrochemical facilities, and advanced manufacturing applications requiring reliable fire resistance.


The coating combines:

Self-produced nano-porous silica aerogel powder


High-efficiency intumescent flame-retardant system


Inorganic fire-resistant components


Through a specialized composite formulation, AG-CF03 achieves 2-hour fire resistance (F2.00) at only 2mm dry film thickness, tested according to GB 14907 standard.


This ultra-thin design provides effective fire protection while minimizing structural load and material consumption.


Working Principle


When exposed to high temperature or flame, AG-CF03 expands rapidly to form a dense carbonized char layer helps:


Reinforce the char layer structure
