AG-CFT01 can reduces cracking and deterioration of concrete structures caused by thermal contraction and freeze-thaw cycles, offering integrated long-term curing and protection. AG-CFT01 is designed to help reduce heat transfer between the environment and concrete substrates. By incorporating aerogel functional fillers into the fluorocarbon coating system, the coating helps stabilize surface temperature fluctuation caused by repeated day and night temperature changes.
This helps reduce thermal expansion and contraction stress on exposed concrete structures.
AG-CFT01 forms a continuous protective layer that helps limit moisture ingress into concrete surfaces. By reducing water penetration, the coating helps reduce deterioration caused by freeze-thaw cycling, humidity and long-term outdoor exposure.
The product is suitable for environments exposed to frequent wet-dry or cold climate conditions.
Based on a fluorocarbon emulsion system, AG-CFT01 is designed for long-term outdoor protection under UV exposure, humidity and environmental aging conditions.
The coating helps reduce surface aging risks such as cracking, peeling and weather-related deterioration on exterior concrete structures.
