Ensure the base surface is clean and free of oil, rust, and loose particles. Apply a standard interface cement mortar base coat before troweling.
Mix with water at a ratio of 1.2 - 1.4 kg of water per kg of powder. Maintain a maximum thickness of 10mm per single coat. For multiple layers, use a notched trowel to rough the underlying surface to enhance adhesion.
Keep the applied material moist for at least 5 days. Once fully dry, apply a crack-resistant mortar finish embedded with a reinforced mesh cloth for ultimate structural durability.
