    It integrates waterproofing and thermal insulation. 1.5mm thickness achieves ≥25℃ temperature difference, 2mm ≥33℃, with 0.82 solar reflectance, no need for separate construction.

    How does aerogel membrane perform in high-temperature regions?

    It excels in extreme heat. The top reflective aluminum film has a solar reflectance of 0.82, blocking 82% of solar radiation. For a 1.5mm-thick membrane, the thermal insulation temperature difference reaches ≥25℃, keeping metal roof surfaces 18-25℃ cooler than uninsulated roofs. Additionally, it maintains stability at 80℃ for 168 hours, no flowing, cracking, or deformation, outperforming traditional asphalt membranes that soften or degrade in high heat.

    How difficult is the installation of AG-FS Membrane?

    Installation is simple and no special conditions are needed. The documentation specifies only 3 construction steps: Clean the base  → Treat joints, roll back the membrane to the middle, peel off the release film, and paste and compact → Large-area paving (align the overlapping edge with the previous roll during paving, and apply edge-sealing adhesive or polyurethane around the perimeter after overall paving). It also features simple construction, safe operation, short construction period, high efficiency, and no curing required after forming.
