Aerogel Blanket for chemical Pipeline Anti-Corrssion Project

A total of 1500m of pipelines, including high-concentration methane gas pipelines, low-concentration methane gas pipelines, and hydrogen pipelines, were constructed. 900m² of AG-650A aerogel insulation blanket was used, with 3 layers of insulation. After completion, the project solved the shortcomings of traditional rock wool products, such as susceptibility to moisture and frequent replacement. Furthermore, it effectively reduced the insulation thickness; previously, 100mm of rock wool insulation was required, but with aerogel insulation blanket, only 30mm was needed to meet the requirements. The factory leadership was very satisfied.
