Aerogel Coating for Old Community Energy-Saving Renovation

The energy-saving renovation project of old buildings in 7 communities (including Hongxi Community, Yangquan) covers a total area of 3 million square meters. For the exterior walls: they are finished with primer + aerogel intermediate coating + reflective thermal insulation topcoat. For the roof: the system comprises primer, aerogel intermediate coating, waterproof materials, and reflective thermal insulation topcoat. This project endows the buildings with exterior wall insulation as well as roof waterproofing and insulation performance. Practical tests confirm excellent insulation, heat resistance, and waterproof effects, which have been widely recognized by residents.
