Underground Tunnel Lighting: AG Aerogel Coating Application

In 2022, a coal mining group in Shanxi carried out underground tunnel lighting projects to improve safety standardization. The original lighting materials caused messy tunnel appearance and uneven lighting effects. AG aerogel coating was adopted, including AG water-based multi-functional primer and AG water-based aerogel insulation topcoat. With over 2000 scrub resistance times, it maintains intact paint film for 3 to 5 years, 4 to 16 times longer than ordinary lime mortar. It has high reflectivity and stain resistance, keeping tunnels brighter and easier to clean. A total of 210000 square meters of projects have been completed, winning consistent praise from users.
