A customer dissatisfied with poor interior heat insulation and persistent road noise during extended RV travel engaged our team for a full-body retrofit using AG-C aerogel thermal insulation and noise reduction coating. The RV's original construction allowed significant heat penetration in summer, forcing the air conditioning system to work harder and consuming more energy, while road noise transmission degraded the quality of long-distance travel. AG-C coating was applied across the complete body exterior, forming a dense, continuous aerogel layer that simultaneously blocks external heat transfer through body panels and absorbs road and ambient noise. Following the retrofit, summer interior temperatures stabilized at significantly lower levels, reducing air conditioning load and energy consumption during travel. Road and highway noise inside the cabin decreased noticeably, creating a quieter, more comfortable environment for extended journeys. The coating's slim profile preserved the existing interior layout entirely, requiring no structural modification or panel removal. This non-invasive application makes AG-C a highly practical retrofit solution for existing RVs where traditional insulation addition would require extensive interior disassembly, delivering measurable comfort improvements with minimal disruption to the vehicle's structure and usable space.
