The aerogel powder suppresses PEO crystallization efficiently, creates more lithium-ion transport channels, and upgrades electrolyte thermal insulation and fireproof performance. Batch tests prove this modification lowers PEO crystallinity visibly, improves lithium-ion conductivity, and enhances solid-state battery electrochemical properties.
