The structural composite board separating the battery compartment from the passenger cabin must resist ignition long enough for full passenger evacuation. Standard insulation materials typically fail within 5–10 minutes under direct flame exposure.AG-F PerformanceOur 5mm AG-F Aerogel Blanket withstands lithium battery combustion flames for over 30 minutes without allowing ignition of the composite board above. This directly translates to extended safe evacuation time for passengers, meeting China's mandatory fire safety standards for new energy commercial vehicles.InstallationThe blanket features self-adhesive backing for direct attachment to the underside of the composite board, with additional mechanical fixation using code nails from the reverse side.
