Aerogel Blanket for Chilled water pipe insulation project

There are two DN100 diameter chilled water pipes with insulation cotton failure and leakage from the passage beside the control room at the A end of Tianhe Passenger Transport Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 3 to the turning point. The length of the pipes is about 40m. One of the pipes was selected as a pilot, and aerogel blanket was used to replace and renovate the insulation cotton. After the replacement was completed, the condensation problem was completely resolved.
