Aerogel Coating For Low-Temperature Storage Tanks Thermal Insulation

2mm aerogel insulation coating was used for thermal insulation of raw material tanks, with another tank insulated by 7cm rock wool as a comparison. One-week test showed the medium temperature in the rock wool-insulated tank was always higher, with a maximum daily temperature difference of about 15℃. It effectively solves the problem of excessive temperature accumulation in traditional insulation cotton in summer, reduces spray cooling measures, extends tank service life and ensures operational safety, making it more suitable for low-temperature material storage.
