Aerogel Coating System for Low‑temperature Light Hydrocarbon Storage

This project includes 3 propylene spherical tanks, 2 unsaturated C4 spherical tanks, and 2 spherical tanks for unsaturated C4 and off-grade liquefied gas, each with a specification of φ15700 and a nominal volume of 2000m³; each unit covers an area of 775 ㎡ with a total area of 5425 ㎡, insulated by a 2mm aerogel thermal insulation coating system, designed for light hydrocarbon media stored at -20℃ to 40℃, completed in Nanjing in June 2023.
