AG-C400 Aerogel High-Temperature Coating for Delayed Coking Furnace

In 2020, a domestic petrochemical enterprise applied AG-C400 aerogel high-temperature coating to the outer wall of its delayed coking unit’s heating furnace. The furnace, operating at an internal temperature of 800-900℃, originally had an outer wall temperature of 120-130℃, far exceeding the safety threshold. After constructing a 5-7mm thick layer of AG-C400 coating, the outer wall temperature was successfully reduced to 50℃, fully complying with safety standards.
