AG-F Aerogel blanket Cuts Insulation Thickness by 2/3 for Power Plant Pipelines

In Xiantao, a power generation enterprise originally designed its main steam pipelines, high-temperature reheat main pipelines and bypass system pipelines with aluminum silicate cotton plus glass wool insulation, with a thickness of nearly 300mm. Due to the excessive insulation thickness, the owner adopted AG-F aerogel insulation blanket combined with aluminum silicate for insulation design. The insulation thickness was reduced to one-third of the original design, while the pipeline heat loss was lower, achieving better energy-saving effects and highlighting the excellent thermal insulation and space-saving advantages of AG-F aerogel blanket.
