45% Energy Saving Achieved with AG-F Aerogel blanket in Xinjiang Oilfield Steam Pipeline Retrofit

In Xinjiang, an oilfield enterprise conducted an insulation replacement test on the 6J12 steam injection boiler pipeline of its steam supply station. The Φ130 pipeline, transporting 310℃ steam, originally used 200mm double-layer composite silicate tile insulation, which degraded over years with severe local heat loss. 40mm AG-F aerogel insulation felt was adopted for replacement. Tests showed it reduced insulation thickness by 160mm compared to the original material and achieved a 45% energy saving rate, greatly cutting heat loss and delivering remarkable energy conservation effects.
