The station's 6J12 steam injection boiler insulation pipeline (Φ130, internal medium: steam, normal operating temperature: around 310℃) originally used two layers of composite silicate tile insulation (total thickness 200mm). After years of operation, its thermal insulation effect degraded significantly, causing severe local heat loss. To address this, a 40mm AG-F650 aerogel insulation blanket was adopted for replacement and insulation testing. The results showed obvious advantages over the original composite silicate: 160mm thickness reduction (from 200mm to 40mm), 45% energy saving rate, and effectively improved thermal insulation performance that greatly reduced pipeline heat loss. Compared with the original solution, the AG-F650 aerogel insulation blanket achieves better thermal insulation and energy-saving effects with much thinner thickness, providing reliable support for the stable operation of the station's 6J12 steam injection boiler system.
