Aerogel Insulation Blnaket for High-Pressure Steam Pipeline Renovation

This project focusing on the insulation renovation of high-pressure steam pipelines. The main pipeline (DN500) spans 3~4km with a steam temperature of 420℃. 60mm S-grade aerogel insulation blankets and aerogel pipe shells were adopted for the renovation, achieving excellent insulation performance and extending the insulation cycle several times. Product usage: 334.291m³ of aerogel insulation blankets; 36.938m³ of aerogel pipe shells. Implementation time: June 2023.
