Aerogel Insulation Coating for Ethylene Oxide Tail Gas Scrubber Anti-condensation Project

In December 2024, client's EOEG ethylene oxide tail gas scrubber operates with internal media including ethylene oxide at a working temperature of 24℃. Due to the lack of professional thermal insulation design, there was a significant temperature difference between the outer wall of the scrubber and the surrounding environment. Especially in summer, this temperature gap easily led to condensation water formation on the outer wall. To address this critical issue, the client selected Aerogel Insulation Coating as the core thermal insulation solution. After construction, the internal temperature of the scrubber was effectively stabilized, and the long-standing problem of summer condensation was completely resolved. This not only eliminates the risk of equipment corrosion caused by condensation but also extends the service life of the scrubber, laying a solid foundation for the stable and efficient operation of client's EOEG production line.
