COLI Jiujiang Ultra-Low Energy Hotel-Style Residence

Completed in 2022, this is COLI Jiujiang's pilot ultra-low energy hotel-style residence project. We adopted a composite system of dry powder aerogel insulation paste + aerogel composite non-combustible insulation boards for external wall construction, fully meeting China's strict ultra-low energy building standards. This hotel-style residential sample project sets a benchmark for green low-carbon residential design, with heating and cooling energy consumption reduced by over 40%.
