Steam Pipeline Insulation Upgrade: AG-F Aerogel Insulation Felt Application

In Nanjing, a copper smelting enterprise’s main smelting workshop to power center S47 steam pipeline project involved removing the original insulation layer and replacing it with AG-F aerogel insulation felt. Additionally, key equipment components including steam valves, expansion joints, flash boiler manholes and circulation pumps were installed with AG-F aerogel insulation felt as the primary insulation material for detachable thermal protection. This upgrade effectively reduced heat loss, improved energy efficiency, and simplified maintenance access for critical plant equipment.
