In April 2023, a petrochemical enterprise in Nanjing sprayed AG-C400 aerogel high-temperature insulation paste on the outer wall of H2301AB furnace in its styrene unit for anti-scald insulation. The application reduced the furnace surface temperature to below 60℃, fully meeting national anti-scald requirements. It also effectively reduced energy loss caused by heat dissipation, improved energy utilization efficiency, and ensured safe on-site operation while highlighting the excellent high-temperature insulation performance of AG-C400.
