AG-C400 Aerogel Coating for Styrene Unit Furnace Outer Wall Scald Prevention Renovation

In, April 2023, the client in Nanjing carried out scald prevention and heat preservation renovation on the outer wall of H2301AB furnace in its styrene unit by spraying AG-C400 aerogel high-temperature insulation coating. The renovation effectively reduced the furnace surface temperature to below 60℃, fully meeting national scald prevention requirements. Meanwhile, it played a significant role in reducing energy loss, providing strong support for the safe and efficient operation of the styrene unit.
