AG-C600 Aerogel High-Temperature Coating for Yangzi BASF Cogeneration Plant Main Steam Valve Thermal Insulation

The main steam valve temperature of Yangzi BASF's self-owned power plant is 510℃. Originally, it was insulated by the traditional form of aluminosilicate insulation cover. As the valve is an irregular-shaped part, it is not easy to fit it during installation and construction, and the heat loss is relatively large. Upon recommendation, the AG-C600 aerogel high-temperature coating insulation solution was adopted for the upgrade, which solved the problems of high construction difficulty and poor insulation effect for special-shaped equipment.
