AG-C600 Aerogel Coating Solves Irregular Valve Insulation Challenges in Power Plant

In 2024, a large petrochemical enterprise upgraded insulation for main steam valves in its captive power plant. The valves operate at 510℃ and originally used traditional aluminum silicate insulation blankets. Due to the irregular shape of valves, the blankets could not fit tightly, resulting in high heat loss.
