Dongfeng Motor PET fiber mat composite aerogel

To enhance the heat insulation and noise reduction performance of traditional automotive PET fiber felt, the Materials and Process Department of Dongfeng Motor Technology Center is jointly developing aerogel heat insulation and noise reduction felt with our company. The thermal conductivity of the original PET base material felt was 0.035W/(M.K), and after compounding with aerogel, it was reduced to 0.020W/(M.K), with a significant improvement in heat insulation and noise reduction performance. At present, the sample has been arranged for loading and testing by the technical center.
