Xi'an Branch Shallow Round Warehouse Thermal Insulation Upgrade Project

The 2mm AG aerogel insulation coating system was applied to rectify the external wall insulation of the 105# and 106# shallow round silos, while the 103# and 104# shallow round silos were compared with those using traditional coatings. After long-term data monitoring, it has been found that the 2mm AG aerogel insulation coating system has a more obvious heat insulation effect than traditional coatings. It can effectively reduce the heat load inside the grain silo, improve the insulation performance of the silo, and achieve energy-saving effects.
